In addition to our national seminars, our international events complete the TPA education and advanced training programme. The respective events are developed specifically for target groups and take place both at home and abroad together with our international colleagues. In addition to knowledge transfer, the networking plays an important part here as well. In this way, our employees can build their personal international network from the beginning of their careers.
Our international education and advanced training programme includes, inter alia:
- TPA Junior Consultants Event
The purpose of this 3-day event is to enable the participants (Junior Consultants) to become acquainted with the internal organisation and make personal contacts with colleagues employed at other TPA offices. The identification with TPA should be established and self-confidence of young employees increased. In addition to the transfer of basic expert knowledge that provides for a better and more efficient communication, as well as a natural know-how exchange, various outdoor activities contribute to the motivation, amusement and valuable memories. - TPA Senior Consultants Event
“To experience something together as a team” – this is the slogan of the 2-day event. This event was conceived and launched in order to enable all senior consultants to get to know each other better. On one hand, of primary importance is the exchange of the views on special expert topics, and on the other hand the promotion of team spirit through the handling of extraordinary tasks/challenges. - Trainings
