Important Notice to COVID-19

Due to the recent developments in connection with COVID-19, we would like to inform you about the steps currently taken by TPA to contain the spread of the virus. The health of our colleagues, clients and business partners are top priority for us, and we have therefore begun to implement extensive measures in order to minimize the danger of infection.

All our obligations will continue to be fulfilled in a timely manner and within the agreed and statutory deadline, unless in the case of complete quarantine and unpredictable situations. Our working hours remain the same.

  • All our dear partners and clients who are delivering us documentation, if possible, please send all documents electronically. If you are not able to send it electronically and need to deliver us origi-nals, please inform us by e-mail to arrange the takeover, or send the documentation per post.
  • Please send the post as standard items to avoid direct contact with couriers.
  • If we have already scheduled a meeting, we will contact you in order to organize telephone or video call instead (Skype, Viber, Whats-app and other available channels).
